Provides base area of a potential project with main roof pitch. The Preliminary Report is a cost effective prospecting tool which can be upgraded to full reports once awarded to get full detail measurements. Initial cost deducted when upgrading.

Aerial Takeoffs
Aerial Images can be pulled from any given address or coordinates. Using near maps imaging allows a high resolution image with vertical and oblique views to ensure accuracy.
Plan Takeoffs
Using estimating software tailored to the roofing industry. All plans required to have scaled dimension, a given roof slope, as well as a Roof Plan in blueprint set. Blueprints can be uploaded or sent via a Dropbox or Google Drive link.
